Bea: "I'll repeat as soon as I can".

"My stay in the volunteering It has been a month, a month that has gone by very quickly, it has been very intense and rewarding!! I had never done any volunteering of this type and so far... and of course I will repeat it as soon as I can!!!

Being in this center has meant meeting great people who, as soon as you entered the school door, greeted you with hugs and kisses; I started at 3 in the afternoon until 7 and I spent my time, together with one or two other volunteers, helping the little children to do their homework. As soon as they finished they went to recess.

Around 5 in the afternoon, each teacher would meet with his assigned "family of children" to share together the circle of emotions that the coordinator prepared and in which we all participated, for me it was the most beautiful part of the day because each child freely expressed their feelings, their emotions in a very spontaneous way and around a topic that was raised.

Was It was incredible how many things they could express, especially about their family life....which for many was an ordeal...after this circle of expression, each teacher went with the children to their corresponding classroom and prepared some activity for the Friday show.

Finally, we gave them milk and said goodbye until the next day with kisses and hugs, a fundamental part of this project, since it is about providing a alternative education to these children but above all give them a lot of affection and understanding... that in the long run they are the ones who contribute much more to you than you do to them without a doubt.

There are many things that I liked about this experience, especially the meeting people always willing to help, healthy people and most of all having met the children that "I ate them all with potatoes" hehehe.

Everything I have been able to discover about the Inca culture has fascinated me! The landscapes, the surroundings, the sacred valley, the temples, Machupicchu...

The treatment in the center has been very positive and inclusiveWe were all members of the same community."
