Afternoon full of travel and solidarity in Barcelona

Last Friday we enjoyed again in a meeting with Tumaini. The event that we celebrated in Barcelona was a great moment to meet people interested in traveling, to meet up with friends and to get to know more closely people who are already going to collaborate in one of our projects.

We were able to celebrate it in the best place to talk about travel in Barcelona. It was a pleasure to be in the beautiful bookstore Altair  Thanks for helping us with everything!

We love these types of meetings as they help us to chat and get to know each other a little more.

It also served to publicize other projects with which we collaborate. One of them was our friends from the Social and solidarity trans-Pyrenees, a very nice initiative to make this journey with young people at risk of exclusion. We recommend you follow them and participate if you can!

We also present two new projects with which we are going to start collaborating. Both are located in Kenya.

One very close to Lake Nakuru, that provides school support to boys and girls from nearby communities.

The other project is located on the beautiful island of lamu. They work with a group of women making Fair Trade products and also provide school support to the sons and daughters of the women they work with.

We are increasingly sure that another way of traveling and getting to know other countries is possible and that many people share this idea.
