The project is located in Achada Grande about 10 minutes by cab from the center of the capital and from the Plateau district, the most central neighborhood.
It is located east of the city center, between the port of Praia to the south and the Nelson Mandela International Airport to the north. This neighborhood has a great tourist attraction and a lot of character as it has a great street life with all sorts of art displays.
Climate

From April to October temperatures are very high (around 28 degrees and high humidity). From November to March it cools down a little and temperatures drop a few degrees but it is still a hot climate with high temperatures during the day and night.
