TUMAINI processes your personal data as the Data Controller, which means that it determines the purposes and means when processing the personal data that you provide us.
What personal data do we collect?
TUMAINI will only collect and process personal data of users that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the intended purposes. In this sense, the categories of personal data that they will process consist of:

For what purpose do we process your data? What legitimizes us to it?
TUMAINI treats the categories of data indicated with the following purposes:
- Maintaining contact with you as a user: We treat your personal data for the purpose of managing our relationship with you and answering questions or concerns. The basis that legitimizes us to process your data for this purpose will be your consent, which you will have given us when you provide us with your data through the means in question (web form, telephone, social network, etc.).
- Development of the contractual relationship: we treat, where appropriate, your data to formalize and maintain the contractual relationship that unites us as/interested party/participant and, in particular, for the processing of those services that you have requested. In this case, the present legitimizing basis will be the execution of our contractual relationship, together with your consent.

- Analysis of user navigation and advertising service: We process user data to analyze their browsing on our website and in the spaces that we manage on different social networks (profiles), in co-responsibility with the owners of said social networks, and which allows us to infer interest groups for the advertising service. . - Dissemination and publication of our activity: We publish images captured during the celebration of the events that we organize and captured in the volunteering destinations that we organize, in which the interested parties who contract with us to participate in a marathon are observed. How long do we keep personal data?
The duration during which we will keep your data will depend on the purpose for which we are treating it. In the case of establishing a contractual relationship, we will keep them until the end of the relationship, unless there is a legal obligation subject to compliance that obliges us to keep them for a longer time. With whom do we share your data? Do we transfer the data internationally?
In general, and depending on the case in question, only the transfer by TUMAINI of your personal data to those necessary entities in the volunteer organization in which you are going to participate in whose organization we collaborate with you. In this sense, we can transfer, for example, your data to the local NGOs with which we work.
As an exception to the above, we inform you that TUMAINI may transfer personal data when required by a legal obligation, or to respond to any claims and liabilities that may arise.

Likewise, we inform you that third parties may process personal data of users on behalf of TUMAINI for the provision of the services requested by them.
